Taling about the Tube map, Simon reminded us in the comments yesterday - "the "final 10" of the BBC Great British Design Quest is now available to vote on (was mentioned the other week on here when there were more to pick from) and the London Underground map is still in the running"
As you can see from the picture above, the Routemaster bus, the Mini (car not skirt) and Concorde are also in there, so there's a bit of a transport theme.
